Setbacks and ideas

5 Potential setbacks

  1. Companies don’t want to join my app.
  2. It may be difficult to get it out there as lots of people ignore pop up adds.
  3. The app is going to take a long time to set up.
  4. If people don’t like all the shops that are on the website/ app or their favourite shop isn’t on there they might cancel the subscription.
  5. No one will bother to get the subscription.

3 Other ideas connected to your passion

Marketing Plan

The 4P’s

Product

My product is an app and website that shows off the best offers of items in your selected style.

Price

I think I will make the app $1 because I know for me personally I find it a bit of a hassle buying apps and if apps are like $6 I won’t buy them because I just think its unnecessary. That’s why I think cheap prices are better for apps. I will also have a subscription for both the website and the app where you can have extra benefits like discounts.

Position

The product, I would say, is in the lower end of the market. The products sold on the app and the companies on the app will vary from the very low end of the market to very high-end depending on what the customer wants.

Promotion

I would evoke the purchase by popup ads on games and social media. This is an effective strategy because social media is a daily thing for most people so many many people would see it.
